Jameson 18-Year Limited Reserve. Bushmills 21-Year Single Malt. Red Breast 21-Year Single Pot Still. These are three of the whiskies on tap for the St. Patrick’s Day Rare Irish Whiskey Dinner at Oak Haven Table and Bar. Chef Kevin will pair each pour specifically with a dish, as he does for all of the whiskey-tasting dinners. But, in honor of St. Paddy’s Day, both the food and drink will have an Irish twist.
The five-course feast kicks off Green Spot whiskey finished in Chateau Montelena casks, and finishes with a rare vintage release of Midleton whiskey—with the aforementioned libations in between. Expect bites like shepherd’s pie, soda bread, and other quintessential Irish recipes to enjoy with the whiskey. The dinner is set to unfold on the evening of St. Patrick’s Day, Wednesday, March 17th, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are $175 and include all food and drink. Note that masks must be worn at any time you aren’t seated and eating or drinking, a social-distancing will be enforced.
