Mardi Gras will be celebrated all over the world on Tuesday February 28th and it is easy for our residents here at 360 State Street to enjoy some great food and festive fun right here in New Haven. Don’t worry if you can’t make it down to New Orleans for the big celebration, there are plenty of places in New Haven you can dine at for some Cajun cuisine and events to take part in.

Special menu items they will offer are rice and bean dishes, crawfish etouffee, beignets, and of course king cakes. You can visit their website or check out their Facebook page to learn more.
