Halloween is here which means New Haven is buzzing with ghosts, goblins, witches and more! If Halloween happens to be a favorite holiday for any of our 360 State Street residents, you are in luck! Several different events and Halloween attractions are taking place close by to New Haven this year. Here are a few you can visit and get your fill of spookiness this season.
Fright Haven: This haunted Halloween attraction will be open for all of October, including Halloween night! Hope in your car and take a scenic fall drive from New Haven over to Stamford, where visitors will experience a great night of Halloween fun. This Haunted House is the biggest in Connecticut, and you never know what you will find as you make your way through. You can visit their website for more information and how to purchase tickets!
Ghosts of New Haven: Take a tour and learn about some of the spookiest places here in New Haven! To get you in the Halloween spirit hear some ghost stories and experience first hand what it’s like to be at a haunted location. Each tour is 90 minutes long and tour guides blend tales of their own personal haunting experiences, legends they have been told and let visitors imaginations run wild. If you don’t find the time to visit before Halloween, tours will still be happening in November. Tickets can be purchased through their website.
Haunted Isle: Another fabulous haunted adventure will be taking place close by to 360 State Street in celebration of Halloween. Take a trolley ride if you dare during the night and ride around East Haven and learn about all the spooky happenings there. Passengers will go through the woods and see if the rumors are true about the hauntings behind the trolley museum. Tickets are still available so make sure to snatch them up if you are looking for a fun and thrilling scare this Halloween!
