Memorial Day is almost here, and there is plenty to do around New Haven all close by to 360 State Street to celebrate the holiday weekend. The forecast is looking warm and sunny as of now, making outdoor activities the go to for the weekend. Here are some fun events going on that our residents can take part in.
Local festivals will be taking place around New Haven this Memorial Day weekend. The Robin Hood Springtime Festival only takes place on select weekends, with this holiday being one of them! Visit one of the many themed merchant shops and pick up some hand blown glass, pottery and other items special items. Visitors will also have the chance to participate in arts and crafts activities, watch performances and comedy shows, and take part in archery as well as more activities. Just minutes from New Haven, Milford will be hosting a food truck festival Memorial weekend! There will be over two dozen local food trucks in attendance for visitors to try delicious treats, and over 100 craft and goods vendors for all of your shopping needs!
